Roaster Brewing Recommendation:
For best results brew 8+ days from date of roasting. Any pour over method will suit this coffee but we find French press brings out a lot of complexity and flavour. Recommended ratio is 60g coffee / 1L water. Check out the full french press recipes here.

About this Bean
This naturally processed Ethiopia originates from small farms based around Banko Gotiti cooperative in a region based 12km from Gedeb town. Full matured red cherries are handpicked and dried naturally on African raised beds for 20 days. With more than ten thousand varieties in Ethiopia it is almost impossible to find genetic varietal as this process is expensive, so therefore the name Heirloom does not describe one variety but a vast range of varieties that are grown in this region.
