This classic washed Ethiopia originates from the Bacha district of the Sidama region. The washing station is based near the Daddaye River, Bona Town and Logita water fall. The washing station processes the coffee from 350 small farmers based in the region. High altitudes above 2100 masl result in a clean, elegant and very fIoral cup profile. One of the best descriptors is elegant and pretty, like a lady.
