This bean comes from the city of Jacutinga in the southeast of the of Brazil. The area is a vast tropical savanna ecoregion of Brazil. Producing some of Brazils highest awarded coffees. This farm in the High Frontier Mogiana has an optimal climate for growing coffee and as expected at this altitude paired with Toms expertise a flavorful coffee with a medium body and a Caramel and Sweet finish.
