From the third generation Yamashita farm in Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil. Run by Marcos and his sister, their grandfather originally started out as vegetable farmers growing carrots as part of a co-op. The venture was so successful that after a decade or so he was able to buy the farm they still operate and within two more years the second farm.
Before adding specialty coffee to the mix. The two farms now run alongside one and other, Marcos runs the coffee farm and his sister runs the beetroot, garlic, potato, corn and soybean production.
This goes well with all our milky coffee drinkers or those of you that love a fully chocolate and nutty double espresso.
